A strong password or phrase you must remember from which all other
passwords are derived. Take note of your avatar and its color so you
know when you have typed your password correctly in the future.

Some websites may not allow some characters, simply uncheck the box
that makes that website mad.
Set the length of the password manually if a website gets mad because
it's too long.
